Blucap is guided by its founders, Biju Varghese and Linda Biju, whose complementary strengths shape the way the company approaches design, business and project delivery.

Biju Varghese
With more than 30 years of industry experience, Biju brings a strong belief in thinking beyond the ordinary. Excellence is his motto. He brings that belief to everything he does at Blucap, with a relentless focus on detail and delivery.
A people person, Biju believes in working closely with clients to understand their needs and create solutions that work best for them.

Linda Biju
An alumna of IIM Bangalore, Linda leads finance at Blucap and brings a strong focus on systems and structure to the business. She is passionate about creating systems that bring consistency and clarity to the way Blucap operates.
Her focus on professionalism, discipline and control plays an important role in maintaining the quality of the company's delivery processes.
